Training Courses
Bond employs its own teams of trainers that are fully conversant with all aspects of Adapt. Their prime responsibility is to instruct your staff on how to achieve the ultimate performance from your system.
Initially, they will work with you to co-ordinate a schedule of relevant courses that can be held at a location of your choice. Training begins with an overview of your system's functionality and the navigational tools needed to familiarise your staff with the user environment.
Our trainers use live data and practical situations in order to give your users a thorough and practical understanding of the configured system. The courses are modular allowing you to tailor them to meet your needs.
As Bond Adapt has virtually unlimited configuration and search facilities, we offer a certification programme to train your system administrator to create, administer, update, and enhance your system when required to take advantage of the wealth of software features. The training takes the form of a series of seminars and hands-on workshops that focus on new system enhancements and techniques. Our advanced configuration programme provides the skills required to design screens and actions that mirror your existing workflow processes.
Users are fully supported by Bond's on-line help library and comprehensive documentation and manuals for Adapt that describe how to use, configure and administer the system.
