Fully BACS registered and HRMC accredited, Bond Payroll Services is able to support all of your payroll needs, integrating seamlessly to our market leading recruitment software - Bond Adapt.

The suite of services available can be delivered as a whole package or as separate, individual elements depending on the structure of the agency and your specific requirements - ensuring that there is a solution that fits all types of recruitment businesses.

A Fully Managed Payroll solution, including

• Set up of payroll and the Adapt file interface.
• Calculation and validation of payroll using HMRC accredited software, ensuring you are always compliant with the latest legislation.

Temp Desk – Limited Company Payments

If there is a requirement to make payments to Limited Companies, Bond Payroll Services can also manage this for you. The Limited Company can be set up on our software and the system will automatically pull the required information from the Adapt file interface, ensuring speed and accuracy at all times. Payslips can also be issued as a ‘payment advice’ which can include information such as number of hours and other associated factors.

PAYE Payroll

For agencies that require an internal payroll solution for the remuneration of their own consultants, we can also offer a Fully Managed Payroll Service. This delivers the benefits of an experience, qualified and knowledgeable team of payroll professionals, without the need for an in-house payroll department. We will ensure that your business’ most important asset, your people, are paid accurately and on time – every time, giving you one less thing to worry about.
Invoicing

Bond Payroll Services is also able to produce invoices for our recruitment clients. Based on the temps that have been working that period, we will generate hard or softcopy invoices that can be supplied directly to you (the recruitment company), or to the payee client.

Factoring

There are two factoring options available from Bond Payroll Services, short or long term:

Short Term Factoring: Designed for companies that are looking for a flexible solution. Whether you require just a single invoice or a three month period, this form of factoring can help agencies that need assistance with cash flow on an ad hoc basis.

Long Term Factoring: This option is designed for businesses that require an ongoing solution or are experiencing fast growth. Typically these arrangements will be for a minimum of 12 months, meaning that we are able to offer even more preferential rates than those charged for short term ad hoc factoring.
